Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines permitted and prohibited uses of Nyoxis services.
1. Permitted Use
You may use Nyoxis for lawful security monitoring, request analysis, threat detection, and related defensive operations.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Nyoxis to:
- Violate law or regulation
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attack systems without authorization
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or exploit kits
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Process data you are not legally allowed to process
- Attempt to bypass service limits, access controls, or security safeguards
3. Abuse and Fraud Controls
Nyoxis may apply abuse controls including API key restrictions, temporary suspension, IP/session blocking, or account limitations to protect service integrity.
4. Data Submission Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring data sent to Nyoxis is collected and shared lawfully. You should avoid transmitting unnecessary personal or secret data.
Nyoxis applies redaction logic, but you remain responsible for upstream data-collection practices and required notices/consents.
5. Security Testing and Research
Security testing is permitted only where you have explicit authorization for the target environment and comply with all applicable laws and contracts.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
