Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nyoxis products and services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, using an API key, or otherwise accessing Nyoxis services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Nyoxis provides AI-driven web-request analysis, threat detection, request/session analytics, and data-redaction workflows for customer traffic security operations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and API keys
• Configuring your integration securely
• Notifying Nyoxis promptly of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account and keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not use Nyoxis to violate law, attack third-party systems, distribute malware, or process data you do not have legal authority to process.

5. Data Processing and Retention Summary

Nyoxis processes request payloads sent to the service and applies sensitive-data redaction where supported by the sanitization pipeline.

• Request logs are retained up to 60 days maximum, depending on plan.
• Normalized request patterns may be retained indefinitely for model training and quality.
• Session and reputation features may use metadata such as IP, User-Agent, and Accept-Language.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including ML models and analytics outputs, as part of ongoing platform development and security improvements.

8. No Security Guarantee

Nyoxis is a security tool and may reduce risk, but does not guarantee prevention of all attacks, incidents, or losses.

9. Intellectual Property

Nyoxis and its software, models, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights and legal bases required to submit data to Nyoxis.
• Your use of Nyoxis complies with privacy, security, and other applicable laws.
• You will provide required notices/consents to end users where applicable.

11. Termination

You may stop using Nyoxis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or legal/compliance reasons.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyoxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nyoxis harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your data, or your violation of law or these Terms.

15. Governing Law

Governing law and venue will be determined in Nyoxis commercial documentation or order forms until a formal legal entity and jurisdiction are finalized.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
